| 摘 要： | 分析了我国体育产业人才供求矛盾与培养背景,然后给出胜任力理论对体育产业人才培养的启示,介绍了基于不同层面胜任力的分类和研究结果,最后提出了基于胜任力的体育产业人才培养模式思考,认为体育产业人才培养模式应达到自我塑造与社会需要、知识传授与素质培养、教育过程与教育氛围的协调一致.
