| 摘 要： | 对北京市未来10年体育专业人才需求情况进行了调查，结果表明：体育师资处于饱和状态，需求减少，而随着北京市经济社会的发展，对体育经营管理人才、体育营销人才和社会体育指导人才有旺盛的需求，对未来体育专业人才的素质构成也提出了更高的要求。 |

| Abstract: | A survey into quality requirements and quantity demand for sports professionals in the first decade of 21st century in Beijing was carried out. The results showed that: the demand for teachers of physical education would be decreasing, otherwise, the demands for professionals of sports management and administration, sports marketing and social sports instructing would be blooming along with developing of Beijing society and economy, at the same time, the quality structure for sports professionals in the future would be more advanced. |
