不同体育锻炼方式对老年人群体质水平影响的比较分析

摘    要:探讨不同体育锻炼方式对湖北省老年人群体质水平影响的差异性,并深入分析不同体育锻炼方式的健身效益,为构建适合湖北省老年人健身指导系统提供参考。运用问卷调查法和实验法相结合的研究方法。最后结果表明:不同体育锻炼方式对湖北省老年人BMI、克托莱指数、腰臀比、肩胛皮褶厚度、身体形态指标、收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、肺活量身体机能指标以及体前屈、握力、反应时身体素质指标测试值均存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。同时通过点估计公式可得,步行对老年人BMI和克托莱指数身体形态指标的效应最大。武术、健身气功对老年人腰臀比、肩胛皮褶厚度、收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、体前屈、反应时的效应最大。球类项目对老年人肺活量、握力的效应最大。不同体育锻炼方式对老年人群体质水平的影响存在一定的差异性,老年人应根据自身的兴趣爱好,选择适合自身身体状况的体育锻炼方式,同时深入了解不同体育锻炼方式对其体质水平的改善程度,获得增强锻炼的实效性,促进健康。

Abstract:This research probes into the influence of the different means of physical exercise on the constitutions of the old people in Hubei Province and analyzes the efficacies of different kinds of physical exercise thoroughly in order to provide some references for constructing a fitness guiding system suitable for the old people in Hubei Province.By means of questionnaires combined with experimental method.The result shows:different types of sport exercise have a remarkable effect on the old people's body mass index,spike and block height,WHR,shoulder skin plait thickness,SBP,DBP,arteriovenous oxygen difference,the indexes of vital capacity,standard sit-and-reach,strength and reaction time.Through the estimation formula,it is noted that walking has the biggest effect on the old people's body mass index and spike and block height than any other means of exercise;martial arts,health care Qigong have the biggest effect on the old people's WHR,shoulder skin plait thickness,SBP,DBP,arteriovenous oxygen difference,standard sit-and-reach and reaction time;while ball-playing games have the biggest effect on the old people's vital capacity and strength.Therefore,different kinds of physical exercise have very different influences on the constitution of the old people.It is suggested that old people should choose different kinds of physical exercise suitable for their own physical situation and according to their interests.Meanwhile they should realize that the improved level of their constitution,the efficacy of exercise training and their health and fitness can be achieved by different means of physical exercise.
