| 摘 要： | 1946~1949中国经历了三年内战,被打败的以蒋介石为首的国民党逃到了台湾。在国际政治舞台上从此就 出现了中国和中国台北问题,国际奥委会也同样遇到了中国奥委会和中国台北奥委会在国际奥委会合法席位归属 问题的困扰。最终,在1979年名古屋国际奥委会执委会上,国际奥委会、中国奥委会、中国台北奥委会达成协议。至 此,持续了30年的中国奥委会和中国台北奥委会在国际奥委会的合法席位问题最终得以解决。

| Abstract: | The three years Chinese civil war(1946~1949) which resulted in the defeat of Koumingtong's retreat to the Chinese island of Taiwan in 1949,prompted confusion within the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as in other international issues. Two sports organizations emerged,one in the name of the People's Republic of China and another in the name of the Chinese island of Taiwan, each claiming to represent China in international sports affairs. The impasse reached its climax when the People's Republic of China withdrew from the Olympic Movement in 1958. Finally,the issue of their legal seats in the IOC for the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee,which had lasted for thirty years,was settled during Nagoya meeting by the IOC Executive Board in October 1979. |
