| 摘 要： | 目的，通过对我国高等院校近10年来本科体育专业与非体育专业培养方案研究的文献回顾为进一步的相关研究提供依据。方法，本文采用文献综述法，在梳理的基础上，对专业培养方案的研究范式、涉及内容和主要观点进行的分析讨论。结果，1）“专业培养目标”实质内涵的现实性与前瞻性的有机结合是专业方案建构的重点，应当更加看重“专业培养方案”的前瞻性；2）专业培养方案的主体是由“知识体系”、“知识领域”和“课程”三部分构成。从知识的角度比从传统的课程认识和建构专业方案更贴近真实，更务实；3）师资队伍的水平，课程的质量是专业培养方案实现培养目标，造就出高质量的专业人才的基础。抓住师资队伍的建设，提高课程的质量就等于抓住了专业建设的灵魂。结论，现有本科专业培养方案的改革与发展已由“整体结构”设计为中心转向“课程建设”为中心，且课程内涵的确定、教材对课程的表达和教师对课程的演绎将是课程建设的动力来源。
