| 摘 要： | 针对高等体育院校实验室目前管理模式的缺陷及实验室管理固有的特点,从数字化管理的角度提出"主导自控"管理模式框架,对实验管理体系中职能部门与实验室所属教学单位的管理职责、流程进行重新构架,采用层次分析法建立科学可行的管理评价指标体系,最后结合该管理模式运行实践提出建议。
