| 摘 要： | 研究职业体育联盟的特性,对认识职业体育联盟的本质、丰富职业体育联盟的理论内容具有重要的作用和意义。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对职业体育联盟的生产与经营过程的本质进行分析。从企业理论的视角考察并分析职业体育联盟的特性,探讨职业体育联盟的企业生产性、经营性、生产经营的联合性、合资性、企业组织性、产权的联合性,由此得出职业体育联盟是由多间俱乐部以平等方式合作生产赛事服务产品的独立的组织实体,是生产赛事服务产品的具有企业特征的合资企业;它是由多个俱乐部分别提供不同的资源形成的联合拥有产权的独立组织;它与其他服务业企业相比存在较多的差异,它既是一个体育竞赛的组织机构,又是一个市场竞争的商业机构。
