摘    要:对高校体育教师进行科学的考核是师资队伍管理工作的重要组成部分,是师资队伍建设的基础工作之一。为更好地全面提高教师的能力,促进教学质量和科研水平的提高,规范教师职业道德,形成良性竞争,对江苏省部分高校进行了专家访谈和问卷调查,并查阅了大量有关资料,利用EXCEL2000统计软件对获得的数据和资料进行处理。认为由于多种原因造成目前考核指标存在着过多地重视结果等4个方面的问题。研究表明:要对德、能、勤、绩4个方面进行分级细化;对体育教师的评价还应该实行多元化的考核主体,由被考核者的上级、同级(同事)、下级(学生)本人按照一定比例进行考核打分。考核指标进行量化评分才会使得对体育教师的工作评价更为客观公正。

Abstract:A scientific The assessment ofor college P.E.physical training teachers in colleges is an important part in the management of teachers' resource,and one of it's the basic taskswork for the construction of teachers' resources building.In order to improve the teachers' abilities comprehensively,to promote the teaching quality and the scientific research and to regularize the teachers' professional morality so as to formmake a virtuous competition,the authors of this paper havewe've made an investigation of some colleges and universities interviews with some experts in Jiangsu Province by means of questionnaire,interviews with experts and literature review and carried on data processing toward the obtained information by the statistic software of EXCEL 2000.And after the process of the data with the statistical software EXCEL2000 After study,and the reference to a lot of materials,it is notedwe have found that there are four problems in the assessment indicatorsex such asof laying too much emphasis on the assessment results due to a variety of causesvarious kinds of causes.The research shows that it's necessary to classify and specifydetail the four aspects of morality,ability,diligence and achievement;,besides,the evaluation of P.E.physical teachers should be multi-assessed from diversified aspects,and that is,they should be assessed and graded proportionately by their higher authorities,colleagues,subordinates or studentsand and themselves to scale so as to make the assessment for P.E.of physical training teachers more objective and fair throughwith an evaluation with quantitative indicatorsfication of evaluation.
