摘    要:通过查询文献资料、MAT动作解析软件进行录像分析的方法获取两名中外最优秀三级跳远运动员的起跳技术参数,着重比较现代三级跳远跑跳式技术与中国快速起跳技术风格在起跳上的异同。研究认为:以 “一低,二远,三高”为训练指导思想,心理定向于“跑过板式”的起跳技术,缩短了支撑总时间,蹬伸时间更短,但缓冲时间相对较长,其结果虽然有利于减少水平速度损失,但蹬伸效率低,不能有效发挥腿部力量。为此,缓冲技术应在训练中得到重视,技术细节、训练指导思想、力量训练等方面也要相应地改进与完善。

Abstract:Through literature reviews and use of MAT-shareware version1.1a to conduct video analysis , the authors of this paper have obtained the take-off parameter of two elite triple-jumpers from home and abroad and made efforts to compare the Chinese fast take-off technique style with the foreign dashing bound style. The studies show that, being guided by lowness farness and tallness and dashing over the springboard mentally, the jumper shortens total support time but relatively delays fore-support time. As a result this fast take-off technique reduces the loss of horizontal velocity but plays down power efficiency. Consequently, Chinese triple-jumpers should focus on and improve the areas such as fore-support technique, guidance theory, power training and so on.
