摘    要:运动员速度能力的欠缺是长期阻碍我国自行车短距离项目成绩提高的主要原因,这源于我国自行车界对短距离项目速度能力训练原理片面甚至错误的认识,以及由此派生出的实际效果不甚理想的训练方法和手段体系。在总结国内外自行车项目速度能力训练经验、教训的基础上,提出了把影响自行车运动员速度能力诸因素综合起来进行训练的方法学指导原则。并在训练和比赛实践中取得了初步成效。这证明新的训练方法学指导原则可以有效地提高运动员的速度能力,具有科学性和可操作性。这为我国短距离自行车运动员速度能力训练提供了尽快赶超世界先进水平的理论依据。

Abstract:The major reason that restricts the improvement of short-distance cycling events for China is the deficiency of the cyclists' speed capacity,which is rooted in the unilateral or wrong understanding of the training principles of the speed capacity in short-distance events,and results in the correspondingly less effective training method and instrument system.Based on the generalization of speed capacity training experiences and lessons in cycling events drawn from home and abroad,the author puts forward the methodological guiding rules to integrate the factors which affect the speed capacity in cycling events and have achieved preliminary success from training and practice.The practice indicates that the new guiding rules of the training methodology are scientific and feasible and can effectively improve the speed capacity of the cyclists.It has also provided theoretical basis for the Chinese cyclists to catch up with the advanced world level in the speed capacity training of short-distance cycling evens.
