| 摘 要： | 体育产业领域的融合现象似乎并不明显,或者说还远没有进入市场融合的阶段;但体育产业与相关产业的融合现象将愈加广泛和明显,因此,产业融合趋势不可避免。运用文献研究和逻辑分析方法,在理性分析产业融合机制前提下,对体育产业与媒体产业、旅游业等产业之间的融合发展现象以及体育产业融合发展的动力机制等问题进行探析,提出体育产业融合实际上表现为"融合程度加深——竞争成本提高——企业组织创新——节约竞争成本——融合程度加深"这样一个不断循环深化的发展过程,并提出体育产业应对产业融合发展趋势的建议。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of industry amalgamation is not so obvious in sports industry area,or it has not entered the stage of market amalgamation.But it seems the phenomenon of industry amalgamation between sports industry and related industries will be more and more widespread and apparent until this trend of industry amalgamation is inevitable.By means of literature review and logic analysis,under the premise of rational analysis of the mechanism of industry amalgamation,the authors of this article have analyzed the phenomenon of amalgamation between sports industry and media and tourism industry,and problems of driving mechanism in the course of sports industry amalgamation and development.It is proposed that sports industry amalgamation is actually an unceasingly deepening and developing process of 'deepened amalgamation-increased competition cost-innovative enterprise organization-saving competition cost-deepened amalgamation',and suggestions of dealing with such trend of industry amalgamation for sports industry are put forward. |
