| Abstract: | By means of literature review,historic analysis and logical analysis,the author has reviewed the situation of the legal system of school sports in China in the 20th century.From the aspects of the legislative provisions,legislative background,legislative techniques and procedures,the legal status,defects,influencing factors and the historical value of laws of school sports in different historical periods are discussed in order to provide useful information for the further development of the legal system of school sports in China. |
