| 摘 要： | 采用体质监测、文献资料调研和数理统计、对比分析等方法,以身体质量指数BMI为判断标准,对北京市视力残疾青少年的超重、肥胖状况进行调研分析,掌握视力残疾青少年身体机能与身体素质特征,并探讨BMI与其身体机能、身体素质的相关关系。结果显示:以BMI值作为筛查指标,视力残疾青少年肥胖检出率显著高于视力正常青少年,且主要集中在青春发育前期及青春发育期,男生的肥胖检出率高于女生。体重超重的视力残疾学生的身体机能与身体素质最高,肥胖学生身体机能与身体素质最差。BMI与身体机能和身体素质指标的相关关系存在显著年龄特点。
