| 摘 要： | 在对中学体育教师进行深入调查研究的基础上,查阅大量职业倦怠相关
文献,认为体育教师职业倦怠的概念可以界定为体育教师因本职工作长期得不到
学校及社会应有的尊重和支持而缺乏成就感进则产生的厌烦冷漠情感及相应的行
为表现。

| Abstract: | After a review of a large quantity of documents regarding professional languor, on the basis of a profound investigation towards high school P. E. teachers, the author believes that the concept of professional languor can be defined as the kind of apathetic emotion and homologous behavior in some P. E. teachers due to a feeling of lack of self-actualization as they think they can not have the respect and support from the school as well as the society over a long period of time. |
