| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对中国式摔跤发展问题的提出、中国式摔跤的历史回顾、振兴中国式摔跤事业必须从教育和改造中国式摔跤两方面抓起、以中国式摔跤等民族传统体育项目为载体植根民族文化和民族精神等方面的阐述 ,为继承和弘扬中国式摔跤等优秀的民族传统文化以及民族精神进行有益的探索和研究。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the history of Chinese style wrestling in the 20 th century,and suggested that the rejuvenation of Chinese style wrestling should start from education and reforming Chinese style wrestling and make it rooted into the soil of national culture and spirit and traditional sports items so that traditional culture and national spirit such as Chinese style wrestling can be inherited and enhanced. |
