| 摘 要： | 体能康复训练是以体能训练方法为手段,解决和康复运动功能障碍的一门综合学科。目前,中国的竞技体育体制中,"训科医"是3个重要基础组成部分,包括教练员、科研人员和队医。而相对国外的运动队一般还有运动康复师、运动防护师和体能教练。这3种专业人才在教练员和医生之间充当了十分重要的衔接作用。体能和康复训练都需要时间,其工作内容和所需要的场地必须设法融入到运动队的日常训练和比赛中去,体能康复训练的切入点有5个方面:准备活动、专项训练、体能康复训练课、整理活动、协助医生的治疗和防伤。基于目前中国的情况,为了解决短期内的体能康复人才短缺问题,国家体育总局相关部门和中国运动员教育基金开设了"黄埔一期"培训班,虽然其成功地培养出实践能力强,可以直接到一线工作的体能康复师,但对于弥补这个专业人才的巨大缺口是远远不够的。

| Abstract: | Physical rehabilitation training takes physical training as a means to solve a multi-disciplinary and rehabilitation of motor function disorders.At present,China’s competitive sports system,training,researching and medicine are the three important fundamental part of coaches,researchers and doctors.Relative foreign sports teams in general as well as sports rehabilitators,sport protection division and the fitness coach.These three kinds of professionals to act as a very important role of convergence between the coaches and doctors.Fitness and rehabilitation training take time,its work and the site must be managed into the daily training and competition of sports teams,the entry point of the physical rehabilitation training five areas: warm-up activities,special training,physical rehabilitation and training courses,organize activities,assisting medical treatment and injury prevention.Based on the current situation in China,in order to solve the short-term physical rehabilitation personnel shortage,the relevant departments of the State Sports General Administration and the Chinese Athletes Educational Foundation opened Whampoa a training course,Although successfully train the practical ability,can go directly to the front-line work in physical rehabilitation division,but a huge gap for professionals is not enough. |
