摘    要:通过模拟高温环境下的搏击健身操实验,分析学生人体成分指标,评价减肥锻炼效果和效率,对安徽某高校女大学生进行人体身体成分测试,筛选体型超标者作为受试对象,分为实验组(高温环境搏击健身操组)和对照组(普通锻炼组)。实验组进行高温环境搏击健身操锻炼,每周2次,每次60min,共16次。对照组参加俱乐部日常锻炼。结果:锻炼后实验组的体重、脂肪重和体脂百分比,分别下降了3.1kg、3.08kg、3.38%(P0.001)。对照组变化不明显。结论显示:高温环境下搏击健身操锻炼减肥效果显著。

Abstract:Objective:Through the experiment of kickboxing aerobics in a simulated high temperature environment,the present paper aims to analyze the body composition indexes of female students and evaluate the effect of aerobic exercises on weight loss.Method:The body composition was measured of students from a university of shanghai and then from them overweight studenta were chosen and divided into the experimental group(kickboxing aerobic group in high temperature environment) and the control group(ordinary training group).The experimental group performed kickboxing aerobics in high temperature environment tow times a week,each time 60 minutes for 16 times.The control group conducted routine exercises of university.Result:The body weight,body fat and fat percentage of the experimental group dropped by 3.1kg,3.08kg and 3.38%(P<0.001).The contral group didn’t shou significant change.Conclusion:Kickboxing aerobics in a simulated high temperature environment have significant effect on weight loss.
