| 摘 要： | 职业体育不仅是以职业体育联盟和俱乐部为经营组织的独立实体,还与所有利益相关者共同构成利益共同体,协同进化,具有典型的生态系统的特征。职业体育生态系统的提出为我国职业体育组织理论提供了全新的视角,有利于我国职业体育发展战略的创新。运用文献资料法、演绎法,阐述职业体育生态系统的概念,并对其构成、演化过程、自组织机制、竞合机制等问题进行论述。认为:职业体育生态系统包括核心生态系统、扩展生态系统、完整生态系统3个层次。职业体育生态系统的存在与繁荣是职业体育生存与发展的基础;职业体育生态系统中各利益相关者之间的关系是竞争与合作的关系,是相互影响、相互依存和共同进化的;我国的职业体育生态系统自组织机制不健全,我国职业体育生态系统还处在形成阶段;我国职业体育生态均衡制度的不完善制约了我国职业体育生态系统的成长和发展,影响了生态系统的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Professional sport is not only an independent entity of which the professional sport league and club are the business organizations,but also an interest community composed with all its stakeholders,with the characteristics of the ecosystem by co-evolution.By using the method of literatures and deduction,the professional sport ecosystem concept was proposed,a new perspective and benefiting the strategy innovation for China professional sport was provided,its composition,evolution progress,self-organizing mechanism,and competitive-cooperative mechanism were also discussed.It concluded that the professional sport ecosystem was composed of core ecosystem,extension ecosystem,and whole ecosystem.Its existing and booming are the fundaments of professional sport’s living and developing.With interdependence and co-evolution,the stakeholders are competing,collaborating and affecting each other.China professional sport ecosystem is still in its formative stages,and its self-organization mechanism is not robust.China professional eco-balance system is still imperfect,which constrained the ecosystem’s development and affected the ecosystem’s core competence. |
