| Abstract: | The new media brings huge changes to Chinese Media. Meanwhile, the transformation of media brings media talents challenges and chances. The graduates majoring in radio and television journalism, as members of media talents, will be tested by media market. What radio and television journalism majors in colleges and universities should pay much attention to is how to adjust to the changes of media talent market. With the teaching experiences in radio and television journalism and the analysis of new media environment, the author of this paper tries to explore the reform of traditional training model of media talents taking radio and television journalism major as example, in order to provide referential i- deas of increasing employment of media talents in universities and broaden the students＇ developing direction. |
