| 摘 要： | 在当前全球性金融危机下，贵州民营企业已成为我省经济发展新的增长点，同时贵州民营企业同质化、散沙状、规模小、产权结构单一、市场抗风险能力低等现实问题再次凸显。因而深入研究阻碍贵州省民营企业做大做强的深层次原因实有必要。通过其在发展中所面临的困境及原因分析，给出了相关对策建议，为贵州民营企业自我定位和发展战略提供了路径选择。

| Abstract: | Under the background of global financial crisis, private enterprises of Gnizhou become the new growth engine, and at the same time there exist some problems such as the consubstantial trend, small scale, single property right system and low ability to resist the market risk. So it is necessary to explore the underlying causes which prevent the development of private enterprises of Guizhou. Through analyzing the problems appeared in the process of development, the article provides the development paths for the development strategies and for the determination of enterprises. |
