| 摘 要： | 戊戌变法时期的国防思想是近代国防思想史的重要组成部分，它是在民族危机日益深重的形势下和一些仁人志士的爱国实践中逐渐形成的。其主要内容是：裁兵练兵的军事改革思想，移民实边加强边防，厚海军以巩固海防等。这时期的国防思想在当时产生了一定的作用，对当今和以后都有着借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | During the period of the Reform Movement of 1898, the national defense thought was an important part of the recent history of national defense, which was gradually founded under the situation of the more and more serious national crisis and in the patriotic practice of new reformers It′s mainly about reducing the number of soldiers and training them, emigrating people to the frontier to protect borderland, consolidating the sea protection by means of strengthening the navy and protecting the territorial waters. The ideas of national defense played an important role both that at that time and in the future. Nowadays, there is still something worth learning from it. |
