| 摘 要： | 家庭和谐与社会和谐是互为条件的。家庭的结构和功能随着社会的发展而呈现不同的特征。社会结构格局的不同也引起了道德观念的差异。现在我国正在经历具有伟大而深远历史意义的社会大转变。人口大流动。家庭大动荡，成亿的农民转入城镇工作、生活与定居，家庭成员长期分离，空巢老人、空巢孩子等现象显示出的家庭问题、社会问题都急待解决。实现和谐，既是源远流长的社会理想，也是我们面对现实的理智选择。要达到和谐，就要既能宽厚地容许多样化，又要努力地进行平衡与协调，从而实现各种合理的、优秀的因素都能共存、共荣，互相促进，共同发展。如果我们无论在社会上还是在家庭中，都能积极地坚持民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱，充满活力，也就能够做到各尽其能，各得其所，实现安定有序，和谐相处。

| Abstract: | Family and social harmony are interrelated and interacted on each other. Different features of family structure and function have occurred along with social development. Some family and social problems, such as large migration, unstable family, hundreds of thousands of rural workers in town, long-time separation of family members, the lonely old and young, are to be dealt with. To reach harmony is not only an ideal social dream, but also a selection we have to make today. A harmonious society should be the one, in which people are kind and tolerant to heterogamous elements in society, and at the same time try to balance and coordinate them, so that all kinds of reasonable and fine factors can exist, thrive, and develop each other together. |
