高职院校学生心理健康教育误区及改善对策

摘    要:高职院校学生的心理具有一定的特殊性,承受着特定的环境压力,表现出自卑、焦虑、孤独、困惑和抑郁等问题。高等职业院校学生心理健康教育相对落后,且存在一定误区。本文通过运用卡特尔16PF随机抽查贵州5所职业院校各年级的540名学生,对卡特尔16PF的24个维度进行统计和方差分析,归纳总结了当前高职学生心理健康教育的问题,反思心理教育的误区,提出了对策。

Abstract:There are specific psychological characteristics of vocational college students.Because of relevant circumstance pressure,they suffer symptoms of inferiority,anxiety,solitude and depression.The psychology health education in vocational college is underdeveloped.There is some misunderstanding for the psychology education.This research applied the method of Cattell's 16 Personality Factor,made random sampling of 540 students in five vocational colleges in Guizhou,analyzed the twenty-four dimension of Cattell's 16 Personality Factor,summarized the problems in vocational college students' psychological education,reflected the misunderstanding of psychological education,and proposed countermeasure.
