| 摘 要： | 通过对贵阳学院2010级400余位不同专业学生的问卷调查和访谈，发现当代大学对自身的职业规划不仅缺乏实践，更缺乏职业规划的理念，对此，从学生的角度对学院提出建议，希望学院对大学生的职业规划引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | By conducting questionnaires and interviews to 400 sophomores from different majors of Guiyang University, the authors found that they lack not only the practice in their own occupation planning, but also the concept of occupation planning. Therefore, it is suggested from the perspective of students that colleges or universities should pay more atten- tion to College Students＇occupation planning. |
