| 摘 要： | 在新一轮西部大开发中,贵州面临任发展经济、保护和建设生态环境的双重任务。国发2012]2号文件对贵州经济社会发展与生态环境保护及建设,提出了新的目标,这对于促进贵州经济社会又好又快发展具有重大的战略意义。作为国家重要生态屏障而经济社会欠发达的省份,如何解决经济社会发展与生态环境建设之间的矛盾,实现二者协调发展,是一个十分重要的课题。

| Abstract: | In the period of China＇s western development,Guizhou should complete two tasks of developing economy and protecting eco-environment.The ＂No.2 Document＂ in 2012 that the State Department distributes puts forward a new target to the economic society development and the eco-environment protection in Guizhou.This has the strategic meaning of graveness for helping economic social development of Guizhou in a good and quick pace.Guizhou,as a province full of national important ecosystem but lack of flourish of economy society,faces how to solve the antinomy between economic society development and eco-environment construction and carry out two moderate a development,which is a very important topic. |
