| 摘 要： | 民族地区的农村文化建设在新农村建设中有重要的现实意义。民族地区的新农村文化建设，要充分利用村级文化资源，要为农村文化的发展制定目标，增强村民对农村文化建设的认识，要积极引导返乡民工加入农村文化建设，要组织开展多种形式的农村文化活动，丰富村民的文化生活，要将优秀的民族文化与新农村文化有机结合起来，根据民族农村地区的特点，建设特色农村文化。

| Abstract: | The cultural reconstruction in minorities rural area is of the vital practical significance in the new countryside reconstruction, which should use the village - level culture resources fully, draw up long - range goal for the countryside culture development, enhance the understanding of the farmer to the countryside cultural reconstruction, guide the vil- lage peasant laborers returned home to join the countryside cultural reconstruction positively, organize and launch all kinds of countryside cultural activities to enrich peasants＇ cultural life, unite the excellent national culture and the new countryside culture organically and construct distinctive nationality village culture on the basis of the characteristic in minorities rural area. |
