| 摘 要： | 新中国的建立是中国历史发展中重要的社会变革事件，而新中国建立之初广泛开展的科学普及运动，则是中国社会变革的重要表现和标志之一。建国初期的科学普及运动具体体现在以下五个方面：确立“人民科学观”新理念，明确科学普及运动的新方向；对与实际相结合的科学发展道路的探索与实践，为科学普及提出新要求；建立科普局和科普协会，指导科学普及运动；推动自然科学的大众化、通俗化和本土化，实现科学转向人民；建立科学馆，大力发展科学展览事业，推动民众科学素养的提高。

| Abstract: | The founding of new China in the development of Chinese history is an important social change, and the scientific popularization campaign widely held in the initial founding of new China is one of the important representations and symbols of China＇s social changes. The scientific popularization campaign in the early days of founding the state specifically embodies in the following five aspects ： establishing new ideas of ＂scientific concept of people＂ to clarify new direction of scientific popularization campaign; exploring and practicing the scientific development road which conforms with practice to propose new demands of popularization of science; establishing the scientific popularization bureau and association to direct science popularization campaign ; promoting the popularization and localization of natural science to make people keep in touch with science wherever they are; establishing the science museum and energetically develop science exhibition to improve people＇s scientific quality. |
