| 摘 要： | 人大及其常委会作为国家权力机关和民意代表机关,对公共事件的处置发挥着不可替代的重要作用。本文分析了人大在处置公共事件中发挥作用的重大意义和存在的不足,并从完善机制的角度提出针对性建议,以期充分发挥人大在公共事件处置中的独特作用。

| Abstract: | The NPC and its Standing Committee,as the national authorities and representatives bodies,play an irreplaceable important role in the disposal of public events.This paper analyzes the significance and shortcomings in the disposal of public events in NPC,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the standpoint of the mechanism in order to give full play the unique role of the public events at the management of the NPC. |
