| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法，对重庆七所高校女大学生体育生活现状调查分析，结果表明：重庆女大学生试图通过对体育活动的参与，努力展现自身价值，活动场所以校内的运动场所为主，体育需求表现出多元化的特点，大部分学生每周不同程度地参加体育活动，但活动时间较短，锻炼效果不高。

| Abstract: | With the use of such methods as questionnaire investigation , documents and materials and mathematical statistics ,etc., I have investigated and analyzed the current situation of college girls' sports life in seven universities of Chongqing. The result shows : the college girls in Chongqing attempt to make great efforts to represent their own value through the participation in sport activities. The main playground is the school place. The demands of sports demonstrate a pluralistic characteristic. Most students participate in the sport activities in various degree every week, but the time is relatively short. The result of their exercise is not good enough. |
