| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和教学、训练及比赛实践等研究方法,针对目前高校健美操普修课改革进程中所面临的问题,结合＂阳光体育运动＂的全面实施,对高校健美操普修课教学进行了重新审视。结果表明：教材建设、课堂教学模式、考核评价是影响高校体育教育专业健美操普修课全面改革的主要因素。

| Abstract: | By literature, expert interview, teaching and training methods, the paper reflects the implemention of the university general course for boby-building under the background of sunlight sports and some prablems we meet. The research finds the construction of textbook, the model of teaching and the evaluate are the key factors that influence the reform of the body-building course. |
