| 摘 要： | 通过运用文献资料、录像观察、专家访谈和数据统计等方法对福建省第14届大学生运动会竞技健美操比赛成套动作进行研究,发现存在运动员对规定套路的完成质量不高、难度价值偏低、难度完成率普遍不高等问题,进而提出抓好基础训练、重视专项训练、规范完成标准的难度动作等建议,促进健美操运动在福建省高校的发展,提高福建省健美操运动的水平。

| Abstract: | The paper ased the methods such as literature material search,video recording observation,visits the expert and data statistics to investigate the technical of the whole set of routine movement of the 14th Universiade aerobic gymnastics competition which held in Fujian province,and pointed out the Athletes can not finish the whole set of routine movement as a high standard,the Difficulty values which Athletes chose were low.Then the paper proposes the countermeasure for paying special attention to the fundamental training,paying great attention the key forces training,the value part must achieve completes the standard lowly.It can promote the movement of aerobic gymnastics in Fujian university′s development,and enhance the level of the movement of aerobic gymnastics in Fujian. |
