| 摘 要： | 运用访谈法、文献资料调研等，对西部欠发达地区的大学公共体育太极拳选项课的设置可行性进行论述，并对西部欠发达地区的学校开设太极拳课程进行利弊分析，指出开设太极拳选项课符合西部大学公共体育教学，突出太极拳的特点。

| Abstract: | By using methods interview documentary, etc. the paper＇ s discussed the feasibility of the setting of Taijiquan as an elec- tive course in universitres of the western under developed area. and analysed the pros and cons of it. On the basis of it. the pa- per＇ s proposed that setting Taijiquan as an elective course in universities of the western under developed area is in accordance with the public P.E. of universities in western area and highlights the features of Taijiquan. |
