| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料研究的方法,对大学生身体形象、身体自尊及其关系的研究进行综述,提出应加强对身体形象与身体自尊的研究,建议在体育教学中渗透体育健康知识传授,引导高职学生正确认识自我身体形象,建立良好的自尊水平,增进心理健康。
