| 摘 要： | 竞技体校运动员的文化教育效果对其一生的综合素质乃至退役后的就业都有着决定性的影响,也决定着我国竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续性,通过对影响竞技体校运动员文化教育效果的各种因素进行了深刻的剖析,提出了目前应通过增强与改进对影响运动员文化教育效果的相关因素的构建,提高竞技体校文化教育的有效性,最终建立多元文化的教育体系的观点。

| Abstract: | The education of athlete not only plays a decisive role during his life time and his job opportunity in retirement period,but also exert influence on the sustainable development of younger athletes following them.This paper provides a deep analysis of various factors in terms of athlete education,and suggests that by means of reformation and enhancement of effects on the structure of athlete education,so as to improve the effectiveness of the education of sports school,and finally set up the multi-culture education system in sports school. |
