论运动适应特异性原则

摘    要:运动训练可诱导肌体生理性适应性变化。在运动训练中,普遍采用的一个最基本的原则是运动适应特异性原则。力量训练、耐力训练以及力量和耐力相结合训练可诱导肌体产生不同生理性的适应过程;不同运动计划方案可诱导肌体产生生理特异性适应;不同训练方式可引起不同疲劳,取决于训练本身特性。选择特定训练方式与特定运动项目所需要生理性的要求相适应,有利于运动能力的提高。

Abstract:Athletic training can induce the physiological adaptation of the body. During training, the principle of training specificity has been prevalently adopted.The strength training,distance training and combined enduranceresistance training can induce specific adaptation. The different programme variables can impact the specific adaptation about the muscle. Different training modes have an effect on the mechanism of fatigue that may be specific to the nature of training.To select training mode is to meet the specific sport physiological need,which can enhance the exercise performance.
