| 摘 要： | 很多实践证明，作为一名运动员，他的成功与成长与他本身所具有的心理因素方面的气质有着重要的关系。气质是个人心理活动的动力特征，它影响人的心理过程的速度和稳定性，心理活动的强度及心理活动的指向性。大学生篮球运动员所具有的气质类型是他们今后成功与成长的关键。

| Abstract: | It's proved that as a sportsman,his success and growth have much to do with his own disposition of the psychological diathesis.Therefore,the disposition is the dynamic characteristic of personal mental activities.It can influence the stabilization and steers the progress of the psychology.The intensity and the guide are also affected by psychological activities.At length we can draw an obvious about the basketball players having a healthy disposition.It is the key that basketball player of university having disposition to success and to grow up. |
