| 摘 要： | 通过相关的问卷、访谈、文献资料和数理统计相结合的综合研究方法,对银川市部分社区和街道的老年人参加健身锻炼的现状进行了抽样调查与分析。结果显示,老年体育健身活动开展比较广泛,大部分老年人在退休后或闲暇时都会主动参加健身锻炼,以此达到强身健体的目的。但是由于相关部门对老年体育健身重视程度不够,以及活动场地、设施不足等原因,导致老年人参加健身体育活动受到一定的限制。因此,相关部门应该加强老年体育健身的社会舆论宣传,加大力度开展老年人健身活动,鼓励老年人积极主动参与体育锻炼,逐步完善老年人健身锻炼的场所和设施,为老年人健身娱乐休闲创造一个良好环境。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of relevant questionnaires,interviews,investigation and statistics analysis,this paper has analysed the current body-building situation of the old people in Yinchuan.It shows that most of old people can take part in body-building activities actively for their retirement,and spare time to achieve their goal of healthy body-building.Therefor,these activities have been carried out broadly in Yinchuan now.But there are some problems that a lot of factors have restricted these activities,such as being short of spaces,the relevant departments of local government doesn＇t pay attention seriously.At last,the author expect that the govemment should encourage the old people to take part in body-building activities,and enlarge the space and facilities step by step. |
