| 摘 要： | 从分析《社会体育指导员国家商业资格证书制度》的内容开始,分析当前我国商业性社会体育指导员面临从公益性向社会性转变,以及目前社会体育指导员作为一种特殊工种得到社会认可的机遇。但是在机遇降临的同时,由于社会的认可不高,社会体育指导员进入体育劳动市场的相关条件条件还不够健全,本文提出明确社会体育指导员商业的市场定位、建立就业准入制度,为商业型社会体育指导员就业铺平道路等推动商业性社会体育指导员发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Beginning from the analysis of commercial Certificate System of Instructors of National Social Sports,the paper discusses the transition of commercialized instructors of social sports from public interest to social interest,as well as their opportunities of being recognized by society as a special professionals.However,opportunities are accompanied by challenges resulting from the new occupation＇s low degree of social recognition and immature conditions in the market.Therefore,the paper puts forward suggetions on clarifying position of instructors of social sports in the market,and establishing employment permission system so as to pave the way for their development in the commercial society. |
