| 摘 要： | 运用数理统计和对比法，对186名女大学生的健康体质进行了实验研究与分析，结果表明，健身器材可有效地面向全体学生构建多样化、多种形式的教学手段和健身方法，提高身体素质和身体机能，增强健身意识。
