| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，是实施全民健身计划，增强学生体质，培养终身体育的兴趣、能力和习惯的重要阵地，是实现高校体育目的、任务的主要途径之一。运用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈等方法，对普通高校学生参加课外体育活动的状况进行了调查，对以后课外体育活动更好地开展，提出了一些有针对性地意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The extra curricular sports are the important constituent of the school P.E,and they ane important to all the people healthy body plan,the students',physics,and the interest,ability and custom of the lifelong physical.They are one of the ways to universities P.E.goal and duty.With the methods of questionnaire,literature,and interview,the author carries on the investigation of the Heilongjiang University students' condition,and gives some suggestions to develop extracurricular sports. |
