摘    要:通过顾客价值概念的回溯,在全面阐释顾客价值内涵的基础上结合我国健身市场运行现状,剖析顾客价值与顾客满意、顾客忠诚、服务利润链和顾客关系管理等其它顾客导向因素之间的关联,并提出优化我国健身市场顾客导向的建议与方法。

Abstract:Through recollection of the customer value concept,the author erplatins the customer value connotation comprehensively in the foundation to unify our country present situation of healthy body market movement, analyzes the comection of the customer value and the customer astisfaction , the customer loyalty,the service profit chain and the customer reslationship the management,and padrones suggestion and method to customer guidance of our country healthy body market.
