| 摘 要： | 通过对在校大学生的体育“自我”能力——自我锻炼身体能力、自我参与体育运动能力和体育锻炼自我监控能力的调查研究，发现目前普通高校学生中普遍存在着体育能力较差的现状，探讨了高校体育课篮球教学应如何加强对学生体育“自我”能力的培养。

| Abstract: | According to the research on college students' abilities to encourage and control themselves in the participation and carrying on the physical exercise, this paper finds that it is quite common in colleges that students are not doing a good job in that case. In response, this paper discusses how to help students develop their ability to be a willing participant and a good controller in physical exercise as far as basketball teaching is concerned. |
