| 摘 要： | 从我国宪法和法律法规出发，参考相关国际公约，结合高校体育的实际，分析了高校体育中大学生体育权利的享有依据、实现方式及救济方法，为切实推进高校体育中的素质教育和依法治教、依法治体提出了建议。
