| 摘 要： | 大学生是祖国的栋梁，他们的体质健康如何，关系到我国未来发展和民族的盛衰，了解大学生体质健康及相关理念，研究他们的特点和规律，具有重要的意义。通过对辽宁省大学生体质健康和相关理念的调查分析，结果为：1）身高、体重、胸围3项指标程上升趋势。2）肺活量程下降趋势。2003年下降幅度最大。3）身体素质总体指标下降，特别是耐力项目出现了持续性的负增长。4）大学生价值观念、健康理念较以往有了变化。对参加体育活动有助于强身健体的功能与意义认识趋同。在体育消费方面由过去的时尚型、追星型向实用型、理性化发展。选择锻炼的内容上呈多元化，影响体育活动的因素是运动场地不足、学习负担重、无时间等。

| Abstract: | The condition of college students' physical health relats to the future development of our nation,thus it is significant to know college students' physical health condition and relevant notions and study their features and regularity.By investigating and analyzing liaoning college students' physical health and relevant notions,this article presents the results: 1) the three indexes of height,weight and chest measurement have the rising tendency;2) lung capacity has the falling thedency.It was most obvious in 2003;3)physical quality goes down on the whole,especially endurance keeps falling;4)there are changes in college students' concepts on value and health.Agreement is reached on the functions and meanings of physical exercises.The consumption on physical exercises is changing from vogue to utility and ration.The patterns of physical exercise are various.The factors of hindering physical exercises are that there aren't enough sports arenas,students bear the heavy burden of studying lessons so that they have no time for physical exercise. |
