| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，体育院校排球运动面临发展的机遇，排球教学要适应排球运动发展的需要而不断变革，教学内容单调、陈旧，教学手段落后、方法陈旧，教学的局限性和单一性，评价方式的片面是体育院校排球教学的发展现状，体育院校做为培养体育事业传播的基地和摇篮，为更好的培养全面发展的体育人才，排球的教学要向培养全面素质的复合性人才方向发展，树立“授技育人”的新思想。

| Abstract: | In 21th century,volleyball sports in sports colleges confront the opportunity of development,so volleyball teaching need reform persistently according to volleyball sport development.The teaching content is sole and obsolete,the teaching way is behindhand,the teaching is limtied and single and the evaluation way is unilateral.Those are the present situation of volleyball education in sports colleges.Sports colleges are the base and cradle for spreading sport enterprise.For cultivating sport talents better,volleyball education should cultivate compound talents who have all-around qualities and set up the new thought of "teaching skills and cultivating talents". |
