对长春市高中男子优秀短跑运动员无氧功特点的研究

摘    要:应用Monark894E测试系统,对长春市高中男子优秀短跑运动员进行10 s、30 s、60 s无氧能力的测定及60 s测试后1 min血乳酸值的测定。结果表明10 s、30 s、60 s无氧功的测试以及60 s测试后1 min血乳酸的测试准确定量的反映出了长春市高中男子优秀短跑运动员的磷酸原供能和糖酵解供能能力,客观的评价了长春市高中男子优秀短跑运动员的爆发力和速度耐力以及近阶段的训练效果,能够为教练员合理安排训练负荷提供理论依据。实验证明:10 s、30 s、60 s的平均功高,60 s测试后1 min的血乳酸峰值低的运动员成绩好。

Abstract:Application of Monark894E Test System,tested the oxygen-free capacity of excellent male sprinters in middle schools of Changchun for 10s,30s and 60s.And also it tested their blood lactic acid peak value after exercising for 60s.The results indicated that test of oxygen-free power for 10s,30s and 60s and the blood lactic acid peak value after exercise for 60s reflect the sprinter of male's capacity of energy supply in phosphate and in glycolysis accurately and quantitative,evaluate the explosive,speed and speed endurance of the excellent sprinter of male in middle schools of Changchun and the training effect of the last phase,can be applied to provide a theoretical basis of reasonable arrangements for the training load for coaches.The experiment proves that the achievement of athlete with the higher average power of 10s,30s,60s,and the lower blood lactic acid peak value of 60s is good.
