| 摘 要： | 对高水平女子排球比赛录像统计，分析了比赛中运用的发球与接发球的技术种类及运用技术种类的频率分布，结果显示：运用频率高的技术就是比赛中最有效最主要的技术种类。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of video matches in high level women's volleyball match,the paper makes an analysis of all kinds of skills and the frequency of skills were used in the game.The result show that the high frequency skills is the best efficient and main skills. |
