| 摘 要： | 轮滑运动是水冰运动的变体，融健身、竞技与惊险于一身，轮滑运动本身的属性决定它具有一定的危险性，安全问题成了众多人所关注的核心，制动技术则是安全问题的关键，而目前广大初学轮滑的爱好者在停止技术方面还存在着一些问题。主要结合自己在轮滑俱乐部的教学经验，着重阐述几种适合初学者运用停止方法的技术要领以及容易出现的错误，希望能给轮滑教学者和轮滑爱好者一些启迪。

| Abstract: | The sport of skidding of wheel which is the athletic sports item of fitness,athletic sports and adventure,is the variation of the sport of water and ice.The attribute of the sport of skidding of wheel makes it possible to have some danger,so safety problem is the central part of concern of most people.Brake skill is the key of safety problem,however,presently some amateurs who just begin to learn skidding have some problems on brake skill.According to teaching experiences in skidding club,this study mainly states some main points and some mistakes that are easy to make which can be exercised on stopping methods by beginners and gives some enlightenment to the ones at teaching and amateurs of skidding. |
