| 摘 要： | 探讨济宁市成年人身体质量指数（BMI）的变化规律和不同胖瘦程度人群的分布情况,并在此基础上分析身体质量指数与身体机能、素质指标的关系。结果表明：济宁市成年人超重和肥胖现象严重,而偏瘦的人群特别少;除个别指标外,BMI指数同大部分身体机能和素质指标均有显著性相关。 |

| Abstract: | To discuss the changing rules of adults＇ body mass index（BMI） and the distribution of different degree of the stout and the thin of Jining.And on the basis,this paper discusses the relationship between BMI and physical function and physical capability index.The result shows that adults＇ overweight and obesity are serious,while the underweight are specially few in Jining City.Besides the individual index,adults＇ BMI has the significant relation to the majority of physical function and capability index. |
