| Abstract: | There are many factors restricting trainings and competitions.And these factors ultimately influence the size and speed of the development of Competitive Sports.By using the theory of the system management,this article mainly analyzes non-economic factors that restrict the development of competitive sports,and provides some strategies to develop competitive sports. |
